Danielle Collins:
Danielle has been with our team since February 3, 1999. That’s 24 amazing years.
As one of our assistants/receptionists here at May Exterminating, Danielle is a very important part of the face of our business. She answers the phone and guides customers to the coordinator who will best help them. She helps customers with pest control, termites, and WDIR (wood-destroying insect information reports) typically used when closing on a home or if refinancing reports are needed. She also helps customers establish new services like move-out pest controls, and reschedule annual termite renewals. She processes payments by phone and assists walk-ins. Some days she may prepare Soil Treatment Papers for closings for new home builders and owners to show proof of termite treatment and contracts for closings. Danielle loves helping and interacting with customers every day.
When she’s not in the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her grandson, son, and the rest of her family and friends. She loves spending time outdoors with her two dogs, Dixie and Duke. According to her, living in the country is her greatest joy and she wouldn’t change it for the world!
Over the past 24 years, the crew has become a huge part of her life and part of her family. She said, “From my boss, Robert, to the office manager, Karen, and all the office and work-crew staff, everyone is so sweet, caring, and supportive.”
Dave Grammer
Dave Grammer, our general manager, has been part of our team for 27 years.
A normal day for Dave includes meeting customers and working side-by-side with other staff members. He enjoys his role as a supervisor and the team members he gets to work with daily. He says “Every day is a good day. It’s not a job, it’s an adventure.”
Dave also loves adventure outside of work. He enjoys going fishing and camping with his granddaughter. When he ends a day of work at May Exterminating, his dog is waiting to greet him in his driveway.
